Side-entry agitator 2
Design features of the side agitator:
(1) The sealing surface is made of carbide material, offering excellent wear resistance and long service life, and is specially designed to match the characteristics of FGD slurry.
(2) Integrated self-locking design for simple operation, allowing mechanical seal replacement without draining the slurry;
(3) Duplex stainless steel is selected as the immersion material to withstand the high-chloride-ion corrosion environment in FGD systems;
(4) Low-pressure water flushing is recommended before starting and shutting down the mixer.
(5) Radial bearings are designed to minimize misalignment, thereby extending bearing life.

FGD, pharmaceuticals, food, asphalt, papermaking, and others.
